First, we would like to thank you for your interest in our website. To come and read this page means that you have some curiosity about us and it is a form of reconition for us, thank you!
We are very greatful for all the support form our customers and friends for all these years. We have managed to survived the initial stumbling stages of operation and has been steadily growning for the past few years. We wish to provide our customer not only in the demoing of hardwares but also to adheed to our "Continued Operation" promise.
On the hardware side, we have sectioned a part of our store exclusively for test listening to headphone related products. Here, you will not be bombared by music from stereo systems. As for people who are into home Hifi systems, we have a dedicated listening room which we do our best to bring out the possible potentials of the equipments in that room.
Also, we now have a small selection of personal pick software which are "Approved by us". Hardware is not all there is as it is just a means to the end, which is to listen to great music, so we hope that these software will be able to bring you countless hours of enjoyment. If you have some software that you think is good, do not hesitate to recommend to us as we are always open to suggestions.
But what we are most proud about is our continued push for quality service! We do not just sell equipments but every recommendation we make are always based on what the customer "needs" and how we can fullfill that need. We care about what type of music you listen to and what type of performance you wish to hear from your equipments.... and so on. So you will not leave our store with something that is compeletly not suitable to your personal needs just because we talked you into it.

On January, 20, 2006, we started a instore "Membership" program. We hope that this program can mean a new "starting point" for higher service! We designed this program so that our "old friends" can get something back from all their spendings. Just a small gesture from us! (Currently only available for customers inside of Taiwan)
We know that for us to be as sucessful as we are now, we owe a lot of thanks to many of you out there, to us, every customer is like a friend that gives us motivation to continue on. We thank you!
Along with our growth there were many challanges and obsticles. I often wonder what should my mentality be in operating this company? The winner of many "Best Management Awards", Mr. chang chung mou said it best "If we take away the values in what we do and just look at the bottom line, then everything looses its meaning".
Yes, we need to have our own values, and this value is not something that is based on what we say we have, rather, this value is gained through the continued satisfaction that our customers get through dealing with us. We were quiet lucky in that we were one of the pioneers in the headphone / headamp business, along with many user's support and feedback we have become the leader in our field and we feel that we have the responsibility of providing more to our customers. In doing so we tried to import many brands of products that were unavaliable to the users in Taiwan such as CORDA、Ultimate Ears、Westone、Graham Slee、Sugden HeadMaster、Ray Samuels... and more. This year is also a break though for us as I finally attended the 2006 CES in Vegas. It was an eye opener and I hope to make more prodcuts be availabe to the users in Taiwan.
Then there's the promise of "Continued Operation". The most reknowned management mind in Taiwan, CEO of the Formosa Plastics Group, Mr. wang yung ch'ing once said "A company that does not make a profit is unethical. This might sound very weird but it is very logical. The operating of a company have responsibilities to their employees, customers and the society, this is the "social responsibility" that any company needs to reconize. A company that have no profit cannot continue its operations and won't be able to fullfill those responsibilities. Even though we are still small compared to the many large corporations but we believe that we are still bound by those same responsibilities. We sometimes get customers of another store seeking help from us since the store that they purchased their equipments from went out of business and along with it a lot of promise also disappeared.
So when we face our customers, we ask ourselves to always keep in mind the quality of service and the fairness of our pricing. To think in the customer's shoes and make the most suitable recommendations. We believe that a certain base-line trust is already established when a customer steps into our store and we charish this trust, or we would be doing nothing of value.
As for the pricing of our products, we find that we are between a rock and a hard place. We never prmoise that we have the "lowest price" but we believe that it is at the very least "fair". We do not believe in cut-throat pricing tactics although a lot of the competitors belive that is the "proper way" of staying in business. We are quiet proud in our stand on the pricing policies.
Whenever I see a product or a brand is being clearanced because of pricing wars I feel a certain amount of disappointment. On one hand this means a great product will probabaly disappear from Taiwan and on the other hand for the customres whom bought those products already, the continued service will again be voided. We feel that we have a correct and positive mentality and will be reconized by our customers.
These are what we strive to do :
1. Provide as many products for test listening as we reasonablly can.
2. Provide an environment that can allow each customer time and space to pick what they want.
3. Treat every customer like they are a friend.
4. Take our responsibilities seriously and to satisfy the customers' need.
